Description: The Resort Activities Attendant is responsible for the Adventure Services front counter, answering phones, assisting guests, working the retail center, assisting supervisor/manager in inventory and stocking, maintaining a neat and orderly retail space.
- Provide information and assistance to guests and visitors, promoting positive guest relations
- Process payments according to established hotel requirements.
- Stocking retail space, assisting in retail display, and maintaining a neat and orderly space.
- Assisting departmental inventory, orders, check-in and pricing.
- Works with team members in a variety of ways to assist in operations
- Able and willing to perform other tasks to maintain productive and successful work environment.
- Other duties as reasonably requested
- Experience with computer, calculators or word processors
- Experience in Hospitality Industry
- Previous guest relations training
