We are hiring a full-time Accounts Receivables Specialist

The responsibilities of an Accounts Receivables Specialist:

Process and post customer payments, including checks, credit card payments, and electronic funds transfers Monitor and reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy and prompt payment collection Generate and send customer invoices, statements, and payment reminders Follow up and communicate with customers regarding outstanding invoices and payment discrepancies via telephone, email and mail Investigate and resolve billing and payment issues Daily review and collaboration with sales team to resolve credit issues impacting sales or payment collection Prepare and analyze accounts receivable aging reports to identify past due accounts and prioritize collection efforts Set up new customers and monitor and maintain credit limits Maintain up-to-date customer records with accurate billing and contact information Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to internal and external customer inquiries and resolving any issues related to accounts receivable Support other accounting and front office team members Other responsibilities as needed and assigned

The ideal candidate has:

2+ years' experience in Accounts Receivable or similar role Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external customers Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong attention to detail and mathematical skills Proficiency with Microsoft office Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00
