Job Description

Utz Quality Foods is currently seeking an Account Receivable Supervisor to join our Finance team in Hanover, PA. Reporting directly to the Accounts Receivable Manager, this position will be responsible for supervising the daily Account Receivable operations for Distributor and Direct To Warehouse customer accounts through the invoice to cash process. Responsibilities include planning, organizing, managing and measuring work functions. This also includes training, coaching and development of direct reports in improving upon the overall collections process. Key Responsibilities

• Supervises Distributor and Direct To Warehouse AR Specialists.
• Establishes and manages process for timely and accurate customer invoicing, ensuring the invoices are received by the customers timely.
• Supervises timely and accurate application of customer payments.
• Oversees the settlement process for distributor accounts.
• Provides direction to AR Specialists to identify and resolve issues such as past due accounts and quantity-related disputes and deductions taken by customers.
• Develops process improvements for more efficient and effective invoicing to cash activities.
• Identifies systemic and manual process issues and escalates to appropriate cross functional teams to resolve.
• Responsible for the documentation of procedures for invoice to cash process.
• Identifies and implements work plans to monitor and achieve performance metrics.
• Reports weekly and monthly status of customer aging, prioritization of collections and directives to meet Days Sales Outstanding requirements.

• Supervisory experience required.
• Well-developed analytical, business process and problem-solving skills are required.
• Detail-oriented with an ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Industry knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Excellent oral, written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business is desirable.
