Overview:


We are looking for a skilled

Accounts Receivable Specialist

to manage incoming payments and customer accounts across multiple entities, including retail operations. The ideal candidate will be analytical, organized, and experienced in maintaining accurate receivables records in line with GAAP standards.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage accounts receivable across multiple entities Set up and maintain chart of accounts for retail and real estate businesses Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations Prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements and receivables reports Monitor incoming payments and follow up on outstanding balances

Required Qualifications:



3+ years of accounts receivable or bookkeeping experience with multiple entities Proven experience setting up chart of accounts from scratch Proficiency in QuickBooks Online Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

Preferred Qualifications:



Experience with automated invoicing and payment tracking systems Knowledge of industry-specific accounting practices for retail Associate's degree in Accounting or related field Bookkeeping certification (e.g., Certified Bookkeeper) Familiarity with accrual-based accounting methods
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
