What You'll Be Doing

in this AR Role

Overseeing accounts receivable processes and ensuring timely billing and collections Contacting customers by phone and email to follow up on outstanding payments Interfacing with customers and internal departments to resolve invoicing discrepancies Supporting front office operations, including sales and administrative tasks Sharing tasks in a flexible, collaborative office environment Keeping financial data accurate, up-to-date, and accessible

About You

Be able to do the job as described Comfortable in a manufacturing-focused accounting role Familiar with bookkeeping fundamentals or formal accounting training Strong communicator who enjoys interacting across teams and with clients Able to work independently and manage your own workflows
