Northwest Pump is seeking an organized and customer-focused Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Finance team!

This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate customer accounts, processing payments, and ensuring timely collections that support the overall financial health of our company. What will this position do?

Manage customer accounts and process payments accurately and efficiently Set up and maintain electronic payment arrangements Process refunds, account adjustments, and miscellaneous invoices Coordinate PO approvals, part deposits, and quote submissions Respond to phone calls and emails from internal and external customers Maintain and process state tax exemption certificates Reconcile accounts and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies Assist with additional projects or tasks as needed

What are we looking for?

Associate's degree in Accounting or related field, or equivalent experience in an Accounts Receivable role Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Previous experience in an accounting or finance environment preferred

This is a full-time, hybrid position, working regular business hours, Monday through Friday Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and reference checks
