What You'll Do

Keep our accounts on track by applying customer payments and processing credits Reconcile statements and ledgers -- because you know balance is everything Monitor aging reports and make sure payments stay on schedule Investigate and resolve customer questions with patience and professionalism Send invoice reminders and handle collections in a friendly, proactive way Research payment discrepancies and process customer credit requests Pitch in on general office tasks and customer calls when needed Maintain confidentiality while representing our company with pride

What You Bring

A knack for numbers and a love of accuracy Great communication skills (you know how to follow up without being pushy) Comfort using Microsoft Office (Excel is your friend!) Curiosity and confidence to learn new accounting systems quickly The ability to stay organized, calm, and focused -- even on busy days

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar accounting role High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred
