Position: Billing Specialist We are looking for positive, hard-working professionals who are looking to take the next step in their careers. This role is responsible invoicing clients through QuickBooks, following up invoices from vendors, keeping track of receivables, and addressing questions concerning invoices. Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related degree is preferred
- Ability to provide great customer service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized with high attention to detail
- Proficient at multi-tasking
- Familiarity with Apple OS, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Reader
- Strong technical knowledge to be able to use multiple software applications to perform the job
- Experience with QuickBooks (preferred) or comparable accounting software system
