We are seeking an experienced and detail-driven

Accounts Receivable Specialist

to oversee the accurate billing and timely collection of customer payments. This role is vital to maintaining healthy cash flow and supporting financial stability. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates confidently with clients, and takes ownership of the receivables process from invoice creation through payment resolution.

Core Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and issue customer invoices in alignment with contract terms and billing schedules Track and manage accounts receivable balances and ensure prompt collection of outstanding payments Conduct regular follow-ups via phone and email regarding overdue accounts Apply incoming payments and reconcile discrepancies within the AR ledger Investigate and resolve billing disputes professionally and efficiently Maintain detailed and organized customer account records Generate AR aging, collection, and cash application reports Support month-end closing by reconciling receivable accounts Partner with internal departments to ensure accurate billing documentation
Required Experience & Skills

Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or related accounting role Strong knowledge of invoicing, collections, and payment reconciliation Experience working with accounting software such as QuickBooks High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize workload efficiently Detail-oriented with strong organizational discipline

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
