, a leader in the medical equipment finance industry for over 25 years, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Representative in

Sandy, UT. This is a full-time, hourly position, Monday- Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM.

This is a role where you will be introduced to the fundamentals of managing receivables and honing your skills in financial coordination. This role provides a dynamic opportunity for growth, as you collaborate with our team to ensure the timely collection of payments and contribute to the financial stability of our organization.

Essential Functions & Skills

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Clear and professional communication skills in person, by phone, and via email. Follow up on outstanding rental and lease accounts receivable and assist with oversight of rental and lease portfolios. Obtain purchase orders and required customer information to support accurate and timely invoices. Prepare and share AR reports with supervisors and Sales Representatives, maintaining strong organization across assigned accounts. Build and maintain productive relationships with customers and Sales Representatives. Demonstrated ability to establish rapport and long-term working relationships with customers and reps. Resolve issues related to billing, invoicing, and payment administration. Proactively communicate when transactions show signs of becoming problematic. Proficient in navigating and learning various computer systems and software programs.

Job Requirements

Collections and accounts receivable experience preferred. Exceptional customer service skills and a service focused mindset. Basic math proficiency. Intermediate computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple software systems. Experience collaborating with cross functional teams, including product, sales, and marketing. Positive attitude with enthusiasm for the work and the ability to motivate others. Experience working within finance related roles or environments.
