An excellent career opportunity is currently available for an Accounts Receivable Analyst reporting to the Aires Pittsburgh, PA (Robinson Township) office.



This exciting opportunity is in a high growth environment where you will utilize your experience to maintain financial accuracy through systematic auditing and reconciliation processes. This position serves as a critical checkpoint in our financial operations, ensuring proper billing and credit processing while centralizing client invoice management.

Position Responsibilities:

Auditing of Mylo files for actual charges billed against individual funding deposit billed. Updating of Mylo deposit negative estimate offsets. Updating of new negative estimate D/R lines for credits to be processed of actual charges billed. Processing manual credits for actual charges billed. Clearing of manual credits and actual charge invoices via Oracle. Second review and handling of weekly deposit invoices billed and delivered to client.

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED required, Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field preferred. 2-4 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing or financial analysis roles. Experience in fast-paced, detail-oriented environments is highly valued. Experience with Accounting Software (Oracle preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Ability to analyze financial data. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
