What You'll Do:
Provide daily updates to ensure order accuracy and timeliness.
Apply and reconcile payments and daily cash, processing account adjustments.
Work on and resolve payment discrepancies with an analytical lens.
Manage customer account reconciliations and customer inquiries
Prepare and maintain a variety of reconciliation reports.
Support month-end closing activities and assist with annual audit requirements.
Partner with cross-functional teams and external customers to resolve issues quickly and professionally.
Contribute to a team-oriented environment by meeting deadlines and supporting broader AR objectives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required.
Experience in accounts receivable, cash application, or similar accounting function.
Pivot tables and v-lookup Excel functions.
ERP software experience.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-focused environment with strong verbal and written communication.
