Responsibilities

Prepare daily invoices for 3rd party vendor Post accounts receivable payments Reconcile customer statements Distribute customer invoices and statements Follow up on past due accounts and returned payments Setup and update customer accounts

Qualifications

Strong communication skills and eagerness to improve Self-starter who can work both independently and with a team Accounting degree (preferred, not required) Preferred AR/AP experience
