Summary

We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our dynamic team in . This role is crucial in managing our accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely collections, and supporting our financial operations to uphold our commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Manage accounts receivable transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping. Process incoming payments and maintain detailed records of transactions. Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly. Prepare and send out invoices to clients in a timely manner. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with GAAP standards. Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to accounts receivable. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries regarding billing and payments. Support financial audits by providing necessary documentation.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or similar role. Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP). Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage). Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail. Strong analytical skills for account reconciliation. Effective communication skills for customer interactions. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
