We're looking for an

Automotive Accounts Payable & Receivable Clerk

to join our team at Weibel Auto Group. Prior working experience in an automotive dealership office setting is highly desired for this role, but other backgrounds will be considered if they are of a comparable nature.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Post invoices Reconcile statements Disburse checks Balance statements and finalize data Prepare accounts for payments and verify data in system Follow up on past due accounts and returned checks

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience using a dealership management system (DMS) Strong communication skills and eagerness to improve Self-starter who can work both independently and with a team Accounting degree (preferred, not required) Preferred AR/AP experience in automotive dealership

PAY RANGE:

$18.00 to $21.00/hr depending on experience and qualifications
