Job Title: Accounts Payable/Receptionist

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:


Front desk/receptionist duties: Answer telephones and greet guests and customers. Assist in Processing Purchase Orders and Invoices - Demonstrating accurate and timely entry. Data entry of data in several software systems and filing. Assist and support various departments as needed.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:


Excellent interpersonal and social skills. Good verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills. Positive and professional demeanor. Able to lift, carry and move a minimum of 25lbs. Pay close attention to detail. Knowledge of Electrical Materials and Tools and/or construction industry experience is preferred. Computers Skills - Word, Excel, Outlook, Typing, Data Entry skills required (Viewpoint Construction Software, ProCore experience a plus!) Must be at least 18 years of age. High School diploma or GED equivalent required. Must be able to successfully complete drug screen. Must be able to successfully complete background check.
