Job Description

Accounts Payable /Administrative Assistant



Responsible for providing support to the Accounting Department

daily and as needed for special projects.

Primary Duties:

*Maintaining payables and receivables for each property.

*Primary focus on entering invoices in a timely and efficient manner.

*Communicate with vendors and sites regarding any payment issues.

*Assist with uploading of audit requests and other year-end matters.

*Other duties as assigned.

Skills Required:

*Desire to learn from established team members.

*Must be organized.

*Ability to work independently

*Ability to learn accounting software programs.

*Strong verbal and written communication skills.

*Attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong sense of urgency and solid time management skills.

*Respectful and diplomatic.

Experience:

*High school diploma or equivalent

*No experience necessary. AP and general office experience a plus.

*Skilled in Windows-based systems and knowledge of Microsoft Word,

Excel, and Outlook, and use of computers.

Part-time/Hybrid - Up to 32 hours per week.

$22 an hour

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 per week
