Titan Roofing, Inc. is the premier commercial roofing, sheet metal, and restoration contractor of the Northeast. We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist with a strong background in construction to work in our AP department. The position's responsibilities may vary based on individual knowledge and technical skills level with the focus on managing all aspects of the AP process for the company, specific geographic region or major AP tasks. This is a full time, temp - to- hire opportunity based in our corporate office in Springfield, MA and reports to the Controller.

Responsibilities:

Maintains Accounts Payable vendor database & files Scans, organizes and files digital records Records invoices and tracks the internal distribution for approval Communicate with Vendors and Project Management teams Maintains project change request and change order files Prepares monthly Sales & Use tax returns Tracks volume and Net purchase discounts Reconciles AR or AP statements, identifies discrepancies Prepares IFTA, HUT & HUF monthly tax returns Prints checks and process positive pay Performs other miscellaneous duties as directed

Qualifications:

Must have 3+ years of AP experience in the construction industry Experience with ERP software and process automation Excellent phone, verbal & written skills Ability to keep precise records Proficient in Microsoft Office
