Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated, dependable Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Corporate Team in Pompano Beach.

FDI Services is a privately owned midsize company that operates across the eastern United States, with our specialty being the operation and maintenance of bridges, roadways, and facilities. This is a full-time position with benefits offered.

Pay:

$25 - $33 per hour (pay based on experience*)

Job Duties:

Process account payable Process payroll on a bi-weekly basis (approximately 450 employees) Perform a variety of administrative duties as directed Assist employees with any payroll related issues Answer the phone in a professional manner Perform administrative tasks as needed Manage assignments from inception to completion successfully Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Proficiency in MS Office software Strong computer skills Proficient in QuickBooks or similar software Proficient with Payroll software Proficient with Time & Attendance software; we currently use T-Sheets Strong attention to detail Strong English skills (written and verbal) Spanish is a plus Detail oriented Basic Accounting Fundamentals 3 - 5 years of bookkeeping experience preferred
