Accounts Payable Specialist

to join our accounting team and help manage day-to-day financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders Match invoices to purchase orders and receipts Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors Maintain vendor files and handle payment inquiries Reconcile accounts payable transactions Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting Support the accounting team with other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in Accounting preferred) 1+ year of experience in Accounts Payable or related accounting role Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Quick books Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
