The Payables Specialist ensures the accurate and timely payment of all company invoices and financial obligations. Education Experience and Certifications

Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or applicable work experience 2+ years of experience in an accounts payable or general accounting role Experience in a high-volume AP environment Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field * Experience with NetSuite or other large ERP system
