Job Description

As a Sales Control Clerk, you play an important role in preparing materials and data loads for auditing sales terminals at the stores. You will maintain the effectiveness of the internal control systems and compliance with policies and procedures.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Sort bags of audit materials when received from the stores Generate printouts of POS terminal control sheets, listing any exceptions, and distributes sheets to Sales Auditors Balance each POS terminal's reported sales figures against company reports Provide support in verifying accuracy of payroll figures Reconcile each store's reported sales figures against company reports; make necessary adjustments Load corrected sales audit data into the computer system at the end of each billing cycle Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel required Work on-site in Davenport, IA
