Truesdell Corporation is currently seeking an

Accounts Payable Representative

to join our Western Region team based out of Tempe, Arizona. This candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and quickly able to switch gears. Our ideal candidate will enjoy working in an open environment with our fast-paced team and is excited about the opportunity to advance within our company.

Responsibilities:

Process vendor invoices through a paperless software system Review and process expense reports Reconcile vendor statements each month Communicate with vendors to resolve unpaid, missing, or incorrect invoices Process weekly check runs and ACH payments to vendors Assist with projects and reports as requested Follow up to ensure bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner Analyze workflow processes while adhering to departmental procedures

Requirements:

Must have 3+ years of related accounts payable experience Experience working in Sage / Timberline and Excel is preferred Must have a strong attention to detail Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment Effective communication skills are required Strong organizational skills for handling high volumes of invoices Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others

Compensation and Benefits Package:

Job Type: Full-time Pay range

$20-$26hr based on experience.
