Position Summary:

A leading gaming manufacturer in the 89118 area is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative & Accounts Payable Specialist to support daily financial and operational functions. This role is ideal for someone with experience in accounts payable, administrative support, vendor coordination, and light warehouse or manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate is accurate, organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable & Financial Support



o

Process invoices, match POs and packing slips, and ensure accurate coding.



o

Maintain vendor files, resolve billing discrepancies, and support payment processing.



o

Assist with reconciliations and maintain organized financial records.



Administrative Support



o

Provide general office and administrative support to operations and management.



o

Perform data entry, prepare documents, and assist with scheduling and correspondence.



o

Support customer service and internal communication as needed.



Operational & Warehouse Support



o

Assist with inventory control, order fulfillment, and basic warehouse tasks.



o

Support quality assurance and ensure compliance with safety standards.



o

Operate warehouse equipment such as a walker stacker (if needed and trained).

Qualifications:

o

Experience in Accounts Payable, administrative support, or related office roles.



o

Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.



o

Proficient in Microsoft Office, data entry, and general computer systems.



o

Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities in a manufacturing environment.



o

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.



o

Experience working in warehouse or production settings is a plus.
