Compensation range:

$20-$25/hour

The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, ect.

Job description:

Leading Automotive Dealership is looking for a qualified Accounts Payable/Receivables Clerk to join the team!

Responsibilities:

Post invoices Reconcile statements Disburse checks Balance statements and finalize data Prepare accounts for payments & verify data in system Follow up on past due accounts and returned checks

Requirements:

Experience using a dealership management system (DMS) and payroll platform Strong communication skills Self-starter with ability to work independently and with a team Accounting degree (preferred, not required) Have AR/AP experience in automotive dealership (preferred, not required)

Must have automotive experience. Attendance is an essential job function for this position. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills. Holds confidentiality in high regard. Team player with the ability to collaborate with others effectively. Enjoy working in a fast paced environment. Excellent interpersonal skills. Must be accurate with regard to math and numbers.
