This position is full-time with pay starting at $13/hour.

Responsibilities

Sort and scan/copy paperwork Post and balance Factory Receivable Handle invoice/payment processing with accuracy Review and approve payments as needed Data entry Reconcile accounts Vendor management

Qualifications

Previous accounting/dealership experience preferred High School Diploma or equivalent Highly organized with eagerness to improve Willingness to take initiative Computer literacy, quality writing and grammar skills Ability to handle multiple tasks easily Work with all levels of employees
