Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Input invoices and related data into our accounting system Yardi Assist the Accounts Payable team with clerical tasks and invoice processing Ensure accuracy and timeliness in entering and processing data Communicate with internal teams to resolve any invoice discrepancies Perform additional administrative and data entry tasks as needed

Qualifications include, but are not limited to:

Strong typing skills with high accuracy Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Previous experience with Yardi is a plus * Previous experience in data entry or accounts payable is a plus
