Are you a detail-oriented and dependable professional with experience in accounts payable? Killebrew Inc. Underground Utility construction is looking for an experienced

Accounts Payable Clerk

to join our finance team. This role is critical to keeping our financial operations running smoothly and ensuring strong relationships with our vendors and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately process high volumes of invoices and ensure timely payments Maintain up-to-date and accurate vendor records Perform weekly check runs Answer vendor inquiries and resolve payment issues Ensure all invoices are properly approved and entered into accounting software Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies Preventing late fees and maintain strong vendor relationships Assist with month-end closing and meet tight deadlines

Requirements & Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (required) Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounting or finance-related role Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry Ability to work independently and in a team environment Excellent communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer operations Organized, dependable, and able to manage deadlines effectively
