About the role:

Processes all Non-PO invoices into the accounting system. Process some PO based invoices for certain buyers along with drop ship invoices. Process the weekly check and ACH payment runs and any emergency off cycle payment runs as needed. Works the Grand Rapids AP email box as needed. Call new vendors to confirm banking information verbally.

Where:

The hybrid position is based at our Grand Rapids, MI office.
Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm or 7 am - 4 pm.

What you need to have:

High School Diploma 0-2 years of Accounts Payable experience Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word) Ability to manage multiple tasks and have discerning attention to detail Self-motivated and disciplined

The salary for this position ranges from $36,000 to $44,500 annually. The specific salary for a successful candidate will depend upon, among other legitimate factors, education, training, and/or experience.
