: Responsible for properly performing all financial activities related to Accounts Payable in accordance with established policies, procedures, and controls.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Match invoices to the correct purchase orders and vendor.
Review invoices for correct remittance address, tabulations, due dates, etc.
Correctly code invoices per CCCH Chart of Accounts to reflect accurate department and purpose codes for charges to be paid.
Input invoices and related information into accounting software.
Process "NOPO" invoices and forward for appropriate authorization and payment approvals.
Process weekly check runs using Accounts Payable Aging report.
Reconcile vendor statements; research and resolve discrepancies.
Establish and maintain accurate Accounts Payable vendor and paid files.
Verify vendor W-9 and 1099 information and statuses.
Build and maintain good relationships and communication with other departments and vendors.
Ensure compliance with TGO Vendor Licensing requirements.

Work Experience:
+ Minimum of 2 years' experience in Accounts Payable in a high-volume, midsized organization, required.
+ Minimum of 2 years' experience with electronic accounting and filing systems, required. Experience with Sage system, preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
+ Knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures (accounts payable, general ledger processes, and financial charts of accounts), required.
+ Proficiency in using Microsoft office products, required.
+ Excellent 10-key and math skills required.
+ Must possess the ability to respond to internal and external queries with a high degree of professionalism and courtesy; maintain composure under pressure.
+ Must possess excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
+ Additional education and/or related work experience may substitute for the minimum requirements of this position.

Must be 18+ years old and be available for all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a drug test and background check for an AZ Gaming License.
