Job Description

COMPANY:

A locally owned and operated residential and commercial roofing company.

TASKS:

Process accounts payable invoices using QuickBooks Desktop and Procore Process Inventory Adjustments in QuickBooks Review and reconcile vendor statements Maintain vendor records Obtain certificates of insurance from subcontractors Process 1099's Rebate submissions to suppliers Assist with special projects as necessary Answers and forwards calls
QUALIFICATIONS:

Accounts payable experience required QuickBooks Desktop experience required Experience processing 1099's using QuickBooks Desktop Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word Spanish Speaking a plus
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
