Duties and Responsibilities:
Enters vendor and carrier invoices in management system. Answers all vendor, carrier, or broker related inquires by vendors, branch offices or management Records cash receipts and enters journal entries into management system Maintains all accounts payable reports, spreadsheets and filing corporate accounts payable Checks depository deposits done by branches as assigned and ensures proper back up is obtained Maintains vendor/company files, filing, pull back up as requested, setting up new files Assists in monthly related task to prepare for month end closings. Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions. Conform to all safety rules and use all appropriate safety equipment. Performs all other duties as assigned.

Compensation: The base salary range for this role is $20-$24 hourly. Actual compensation will be based on factors including location, skills, experience, and internal equity.
