With over 45 years in the industry, Wayne J. Griffin Electric, Inc. is a leading electrical contractor headquartered in Holliston, MA working throughout New England and the Southeast. We are searching for an experienced full-time Accounts Payable Associate to join our growing Accounting team. This role is responsible for the accurate and timely processing and payment of invoices for the Company.

Responsibilities Include:

Managing assigned vendor accounts Matching packing slips to invoices Processing invoices against purchase orders Preparing for daily and monthly check runs Troubleshooting and resolving vendor invoice issues Maintaining files and data entry

Must Haves:

Detail orientation and ability to handle multiple priorities with a high volume of work. Strong computer, interpersonal and communication skills are essential. 1-3 years of Accounts Payable experience.
