Accounts & Billing Specialist.

What You'll Do

Verify customer-submitted documents (like business licenses, tax IDs, and banking info) Assist with account reconciliations and payment processing Track and follow up on missed or failed payments Respond to client inquiries about billing plans, charges, or account status via phone or email Maintain accurate billing records in our internal systems (Admin-CRM) Support service activation and account setup once billing is confirmed Collaborate with Sales, Support, and other internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and updates Take on additional projects or responsibilities, within the scope of the role, to support changing business priorities

What We're Looking For

Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Extremely comfortable using digital tools and learning billing systems (training provided) Basic Excel or spreadsheet skills are a plus Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional setting High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
