Accounting/Finance Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated

Accounting/Finance Assistant

to join a dynamic, fast-paced fintech team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or professionals looking to gain diverse experience in accounting and finance operations. As part of a lean and collaborative environment, you will play a key role in managing financial processes, ensuring accuracy in cash flow distribution, and supporting internal reporting needs.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Operations:

Manage money movement and distribute residual payments accurately by agent, ensuring correct allocation of varying percentages.

Monthly Residuals:

Facilitate agent income processing, pull raw data and reporting into SQL Server, and enter results into the internal CRM (Tool Kit).

Equipment Coordination:

Oversee equipment requests (POS systems) for newly approved businesses, including creating invoices and coordinating with the equipment team.

Reporting & Data Entry:

Support reporting functions, maintain financial records, and assist with ongoing operational finance tasks.




Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field

OR

equivalent experience in billing or invoicing. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to thrive in a casual, fast-paced, and ever-changing environment. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
