Accounting Specialist - Join a Rapidly Growing Team (DFW Local)

Pay:

$55,000 - $65,000 DOE - This is temp to PERM (After 90 days we will re-evaluate and hopefully move to perm). :)

Start:

Will be in office daily 5 pm with flexible 1 day remote after 60 days in role and doing well....

What You'll Be Doing

Managing daily accounting tasks (A/P, A/R, reconciliations, expenses, and reporting). Maintaining accurate data across QuickBooks and Fieldclix (bonus points if you already know it!). Supporting project cost tracking and month-end close processes. Preparing invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports with sharp attention to detail. Partnering with field and operations teams to keep financial data seamless and reliable.


Requirements:

What You Bring

2+ years in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance (construction/field service = major plus). QuickBooks expertise (Desktop or Online). Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills -- pivot tables, formulas, the works. Eagle-eye accuracy and an ability to balance precision with big-picture thinking. Tech-savvy mindset and excitement to learn new systems (Fieldclix experience a plus!).
