Job Description

Lee & Company Certified Public Accountants, LLC is seeking a full time and/or part time individual who is highly motivated, detail-oriented and organized to join our team. Duties include but are not limited to client relations, clerical and receptionist duties, and light bookkeeping and payroll for numerous accounts. Strong communication, time management, multi-tasking and administrative skills are essential for success, as well as the ability to work at a high level of accuracy in a busy office. This position demands an individual who shows initiative, can take ownership of tasks, is a team player who will help where required and adapt to a fast-paced working environment but also be able to work independently. Some overtime is required in January through April. The ideal candidate should have general computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting information systems is required, as is the desire to learn and grow within the company.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 50 per week
