Accounting/ Office Administrator

Job Description

Maintain document flow throughout the office, reviews Time and Attendance, processes A/P voucher input and check creation, Invoicing and cash application, light HR duties, Inventory management to include job cost reporting and tracking of WIP.Principal Accountabilities: (The following is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed. It is not an exhaustive list of all expectations.):

  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable/ Collections
  • Invoicing
  • Processing Journal Entries
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Credit Card Reconciliation
  • HR Support such as onboarding, benefits enrollment, and maintaining files
  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • Job Cost review and reporting
  • Sales and Use Tax filing
  • Creating ad-hoc reports for management
  • Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations
  • Assist with other duties as assigned
  • Adheres to all company policies and procedures
