Accounting Manager - Residential Property experience
Our client a leading Residential Property Managment company has an immediate need for an Accounting Manager with Yardi and Residential Property Accounting experience.
Lead team of property accountants in financial statement preparation and reporting for consolidated entities for the company's property management division.
Responsible for internal and external reporting using dashboards.
Degree in Accounting and at least seven years of experience with at least one year of supervisory experience
Yardi Software experience a MUST
