Job Description

Our Client is looking for an Accounting Coordinator to join their growing finance team. This is an entry-level opportunity that's ideal for someone with a degree in Accounting or Finance who's looking to build a long-term career in a fast-paced, creative environment.
What You'll Do

• Provide day-to-day accounting support across multiple entities within the organization
• Administer the corporate credit card program, including new card setup, account maintenance, and monthly reconciliations
• Review and process employee expense reports for accuracy, compliance, and timely reimbursement
• Serve as the go-to contact for credit card and expense report questions
• Maintain and update vendor records in the accounting system
• Assist with invoice processing, reconciliations, and other ad hoc accounting tasks
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and support smooth financial operations
• Contribute to audit preparation and identify areas for process improvement

What They're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 0-2 years of experience (internships or part-time accounting/finance roles strongly preferred)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Solid communication and customer service abilities
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting or ERP systems
• A genuine interest in the music or entertainment industry is a plus

The Details

• Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite in Nashville
• Salary: $50-60K base, plus discretionary bonus (prorated in the first year)
