Serenity Roofing & Construction is seeking to hire an
Accounting Clerk/ Office Support Specialist
to join our amazing team and grow with us! In this position, you will perform A/R & A/P duties along with administrative/clerical tasks to help enhance the overall efficiency of the office.
Responsibilities:
Assist Accounts Receivable/Payables
Maintain Google Sheets
Work closely with sales reps to maintain project files in CRM
Answer incoming calls
Assist Office Manager
Qualifications:
High School Diploma
Experience in an office setting including use of office equipment
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail & organizational skills
