Overview
We're partnering with a private company in San Francisco that's hiring an Entry-Level Accounting Associate. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in accounting within a collaborative, smaller HQ environment.
Role Details
This is a hybrid position (3 days onsite in SF) designed for someone with 0-1 year of experience and a Bachelor's degree who's eager to learn. While the role starts broad and includes some office/front-desk support, the long-term growth path is firmly within the accounting department.
What You'd Be Doing
- Supporting entry-level accounting functions (AP, cash receipts, data entry, reporting)
- Working closely with accounting team
- Assisting with office operations and front-desk needs
- Bachelor's degree required (Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred)
- 0-1 year of experience; recent graduates encouraged
- Clear interest in accounting as a long-term career path
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable wearing multiple hats
- Solid Excel skills and willingness to learn new systems
- Base Salary: $65,000-$70,000 + benefits
- Location: San Francisco (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)
- Employment Type: Full-time, direct hire
