We are seeking a dedicated Accountant-Business Administrator to join our team and support our continued growth.

Job Summary:

The Accountant and Business Administrator will play a critical role in managing the financial health and other business systems of our company. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day accounting tasks while supporting key business functions, such as supply ordering, commercial lease management, asset management, and lean initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, results oriented, and passionate about contributing to a thriving business.

Key Responsibilities:



Perform day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, payroll, and general ledger entries. Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Maintain and reconcile bank statements Ensure compliance with state, and local tax sales and use tax regulations, including timely filing of tax returns. Oversee financial audits and coordinate with external auditors as needed. Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets. Procure company wide materials and supplies. Maintain a commercial lease management system, ensuring timely correspondence to landlords and to management regarding rate changes. Maintain asset records for the company Lead annual physical inventory count and reconciliation Identify areas of cost improvements and savings, including use of AI

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Minimum of 3-5 years of professional accounting experience. Strong knowledge of GAAP and other accounting principles. Proficiency in accounting software Quick Books Online and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
