Fantastic organization situated in heart of Pittsburgh is seeking a Staff Accountant to help cover a medical leave of absence! The role is HYBRID, and the hours are flexible! You must be willing & able to work onsite 2 days per week at their downtown Pittsburgh offices. The daily responsibilities of the Staff Accountant will include processing payroll using Paychex and assisting with Accounts Payable using Sage. You must be able to work 7 hours per day, 35 hours per week, Monday thru Friday. You can work from home up to 3 days per week, but two days must be worked in the office (including each Thursday).

Software used will be Sage and Paychex, as well as Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel and Outlook.

The position will start in mid-July 2023 and will run for the next few weeks. There is a possibility that this position could evolve into a full-time position within this organization.

• Must have software experience with Sage Intacct, Paychex and Microsoft Word & Excel
• Must have prior experience processing Payroll for hourly and salaried employees
