Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly journal entries, such as payroll, fixed assets, expense accruals, and other transactions related to operations
• Prepare account reconciliations, including bank statement reconciliation, fixed assets, and other balance sheet accounts reconciliation
• Maintain fixed asset module, monitor fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions
• Assist with periodic physical counts of fixed assets.
• Assist with business, property and use tax returns.
• Collaborate with other team members of Finance and business partners with daily operations
• Support management in completing special projects, ad-hoc reporting and other tasks as necessary

Requirements

• 2-5 years of public accounting and/or industry experience in accounting
• Bachelor\' s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• Strong Excel skills.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Good work ethics
• Be able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Prior startup experience is nice to have

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA designation
• Tax experience
• Fluent in Mandarin is a plus

Compensation and Benefits

Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 Annually

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on many factors, including the candidate\xe2\x80\x99s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Compensation and this role may be eligible for bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units.
