Job Title: Accountant - Manufacturing
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated
Accountant
with at least1 year of accounting experience in a manufacturing setting
. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in-office, thrives in a structured environment, and has a solid understanding of accounting principles, cost tracking, and general ledger activities.Key Responsibilities
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end and year-end close Support cost accounting processes, including tracking inventory and analyzing variances Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities Help prepare financial reports in compliance with GAAP Collaborate with operations and production teams to ensure financial accuracy Support internal audits and help maintain compliance standards Perform other accounting duties as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required)Minimum 1 year of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of GAAP and basic cost accounting principles Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite, or similar) Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills Willingness to workon-site/in-office
