The Account Support Specialist plays a critical role in supporting client accounts and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This individual will manage and onboard candidates, support healthcare staffing operations, and handle administrative tasks while developing a strong understanding of hospital systems and processes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support candidates throughout the onboarding and placement process
Coordinate candidate documentation, compliance requirements, and onboarding timelines
Develop and maintain a working knowledge of hospital systems, policies, and staffing needs
Serve as a point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and support
Assist business development executive with daily administrative and operational tasks
Maintain accurate records in internal systems and ensure data integrity
Support client accounts by tracking assignments, onboarding status, and follow-ups
Adapt quickly to changing priorities, client needs, and staffing demands
Qualifications & Skills
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
