We are seeking an Account Services Associate with 2-5 years of experience. The Account Services Associate will provide our clients with a truly exceptional and personalized customer service experience.

Responsibilities include:
Collect, review and process applications for new client accounts
Modify existing accounts
Respond to client inquiries via phone and email
Work closely with Operations and Sales departments and Account Services teams
Perform special assignments and activities as defined by management
Who we are looking for:
Bachelor's degree required; advanced certifications or education preferred
Experienced with KYC and CDD regulatory standards, including documentation collection, verification and risk assessment during client onboarding.
Demonstrated expertise in AML and CIP frameworks, with the ability to apply them in complex or high-risk scenarios
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and provide clear guidance
Strong attention to detail combined with seasoned judgment and confident decision-making
Proven ability to lead and perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Advanced prioritization and multitasking skills, including the ability to manage competing deadlines and escalations
FINRA Series 7 and Series 24 licenses required: Series 3 or Series 4 preferred
Proficiency in Chinese and/or additional languages is a plus
