ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As an Account Representative for Leslie Riewe Insurance & Financial Services, Inc, you are a vital part of our daily business operations and customers' success. You help grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing and recommending relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide information and educate customers about insurance products and services. Assist clients with policy applications and renewals. Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of client interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service and sales preferred. * Must be willing to get or currently holding P&C and life & health licenses. (Sign on bonus of $500 if completely licensed by start date.)
