ROLE DESCRIPTION:



Jordan Roundtree - State Farm Agency

is searching for a competitive person who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our Sales Account Representative your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends will equip you to communicate directly with customers, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value.

You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.



THIS POSITION IS SET TO BEGIN EFFECTIVE FEB 1ST, 2026



*You are paid a Base Salary & Commission. Base Salary ranges from $35,000-45,000 with Commission based on actual production results. Possible to make up to $80,000+ annually (depends on Commission).



Remote work may be an option depending on circumstances.

RESPONSIBILITIES:




Work leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Provide information about insurance products and services. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing and production goals in order to earn commission. Work alongside your office's team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations through customer appreciation initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:



Sales experience

preferred (not required).*
Ability to effectively relate to a customer with a personable approach and demeanor. Obtain

Missouri Property & Casualty license

prior to start of employment.

(Agent will reimburse all expenses for first test attempt)*
Must agree to and be willing to obtain

Missouri Life & Health license within 90 days of employment.

(Agent will reimburse all expenses for first test attempt.)*
